- Lorrayne Corbett Added July 09, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★Travelling from Sydney to Darwin we called into the Oasis to have a meal well it was the best meal we had eaten since leaving home 2 weeks later we stopped off again for meal on our way home, once again our meal was top restaurant quality, 3 of us had a different steak meal each meal the steak melted in your mouth the potato mash that is to die for, the other person had seafood same thing excellent food. We asked the hotel manager about the chef so we met her a young muslim lady, yes we were surprised but what a great chef she is and such a well spoken humble person, we needed to let her know how good her food is any top hotel would love to have her in their kitchen we ca only hope we have another trip we will definitely be calling in for a meal. Thank you Oasis for the experience
